Spégel Group
The aim of the Spégel group is to develop and apply mass spectrometry-based methods for analysis of complex samples.
Ongoing studies in the group range from studies of human metabolic diseases to characterization of complex side streams from pulp processing. As such, most projects are interdisciplinary and involve close collaborations with researchers within many different disciplines, including medicine, biology and chemical engineering.
